50 g Unsalted almond butter

1 handful Candied fruit

100 g Coconut, flakes

250 g Date, fresh or dried

100 g chocolate, dark

Open the package of dates and remove the pits using a special knife (usually included). You can also use a regular knife. Shape small hazelnut-sized balls from the marzipan. Break the chocolate into smaller pieces, then melt it over a double boiler while constantly stirring. Sprinkle coconut flour onto a shallow plate and prepare the melted chocolate in a separate bowl.

Open the dates, fill them with the marzipan balls, insert two candied pineapple cubes into each, then dip them into the melted chocolate and roll them in the coconut flour. Arrange the prepared treats on a platter or plates and serve to your guests.
