1.5 cups Koruzni škrob

0.5 cups Flour, Wheat, bread flour

In a bowl with a mixer, beat the butter and sugar until fluffy. Gradually add the egg and yolk while continuously mixing. Mix in the vanilla and grated lemon zest.

In a larger bowl, sift the cornstarch, flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the egg mixture and mix until a uniform and smooth dough forms.

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and grease it well. Spoon dollops of dough onto the tray and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.

Remove the baked cookies from the tray immediately. Place a spoonful of dulce de leche (caramelized condensed milk) on one cookie and top it with another. Arrange the cookies on a serving plate and dust with powdered sugar.
