3 pods Garlic, fresh

1 piece Bell pepper, red, fresh

Wash the bell pepper, clean it, and remove the seeds. Dice it. Grate the cheese, peel the garlic, and chop it. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and mix well. Once a smooth mixture forms, the spread is ready.
