4 pieces Meat, turkey, breasts
-
4 spoon Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose
-
2 piece Egg, fresh
-
150 g Nuts, almonds, roasted, unsalted
-
0.5 teaspoons Salt, table
-
2 pinch Spices, pepper, black

3 spoons Oil, plant, sunflower
Steps
-
Wash the cutlets and pat them dry. Place them between two sheets of food wrap and pound them. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
-
Crack the eggs into a deep plate and beat them well with a fork (or whisk). Place flour on another plate and almond flakes on a third plate. Coat each cutlet first in flour, then dip it in the beaten eggs, and finally roll it in the almond flakes.

Heat oil well in a pan, but be careful not to let it smoke. Carefully place the cutlets in the oil and cook them for 5 minutes on each side. Transfer the cooked cutlets to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess fat.
-
Serve the cooked cutlets on plates and offer them with potatoes, rice, or vegetables.
