Pour approximately 250 ml of almond milk into a small pot. Place the pot on the stove and heat the milk over medium-low heat. Add sugar and stir until the sugar dissolves. Sprinkle agar-agar over the milk and mix. Wait until the milk starts to simmer slightly, then cook while continuously stirring until the agar-agar is completely dissolved. Pour in the remaining almond milk and mix in the almond extract.

Pour the still hot milk into dessert bowls or wide glasses that have been rinsed with cold water. Allow the dessert to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for two to three hours.

Prepare the berry sauce from the ingredients listed and pour it over the cooled panna cotta. Serve the prepared dessert.

Advice
Instead of agar-agar, you can use powdered or sheet gelatin. To further enhance the flavor of the dessert, use cane sugar instead of regular sugar.
