250 g Nuts, almonds

4 pods Garlic, fresh

6 twig Parsley, fresh

4 spoon Cheese, Parmesan, hard

Steps

Place the ground almonds in a heated pan without fat and toast them while stirring (shaking the pan). Be careful not to over-toast them! Peel the garlic and finely chop it, then mix the toasted almonds, chopped garlic, and salt in a bowl.

Wash the parsley, shake it well, chop it coarsely, and add it to the bowl. Pour in the olive oil and grated Parmesan, then mix everything well. The pesto can be preserved or served immediately after preparation.

Advice
