150 g Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose

2 spoons Sugar, brown

0.5 teaspoons Baking powder

250 ml Yogurt, plain, from whole milk

2 piece Egg, fresh

pieces Vanilla, extract, natural

Steps

Mix the flour, brown sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, yogurt, eggs, and vanilla extract, then let the mixture rest for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, whip the sweet cream and add sugar just before it stiffens. First, mix the vinegar into the mascarpone, then carefully fold in the whipped cream.

Cook the pancakes with butter to a diameter of 10 cm. Once cooked, let them sit for a minute so they are no longer hot but pleasantly warm. Meanwhile, dry roast the almond slices in a pan.

Take one pancake and spread half of the cream on it. Place another pancake on top and spread the remaining cream. Insert a stick in the center to keep the pancakes from 'sliding around.' Sprinkle with almonds, drizzle with maple syrup, and serve.
