Ingredients

8 pieces Fish, anchovies, fresh

4 slice Bread, wheat

1 pinch Spices, pepper, black

2 pinch Salt, table

4 spoon Oil, olive

Slice the bread into thin pieces, then rinse the anchovies and dry them thoroughly with paper towels.

Place a pan on the stove and heat olive oil well. Place the anchovies in the hot oil and fry them until golden brown on both sides. Season them with pepper and salt. Once they are golden brown on both sides, transfer them to a paper towel to drain.

Toast the bread slices in the remaining oil until they are browned. Once the bread is toasted, place it on a paper towel to drain excess oil. Carefully remove the bones from the anchovies. Place the toasted bread on a plate, top with the anchovies, and serve.
