Ingredients

-
4 cup Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose
-
1 cup Sugar, white
-
6 spoon Baking powder
-
2 spoons Spices, caraway, seeds
-
0.5 cups Milk, whole milk

obliv
-
1 teaspoon Vanilla, extract, natural
-
1 cup Powdered sugar
-
6 spoon Water
okras
- 100 g Sugar, white
Steps
-
Prepare the dough: mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Make a well in the center, pour in the oil and milk, and add the eggs. Knead the ingredients well to form a uniform dough.
-
Preheat the oven to 190 °C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. With oiled hands, shape the dough into about 40 balls with a diameter of 2.5 cm, placing them on the baking sheet.
-
Bake the balls in the preheated oven for 8 minutes. While they are baking, prepare the sugar glaze: in a bowl, mix sugar, water, and vanilla extract until smooth.
-
Remove the baked balls from the oven and while still warm, roll them in the sugar glaze. Place them on a rack, sprinkle with colorful sprinkles, and let them cool and dry.
-
Arrange the prepared balls on a serving plate and serve.

Advice
The cookies will have an even better flavor if we replace the ground anise and vanilla extract with anise extract. One cup of dry ingredients is approximately 150g.
