Ingredients

150 g Koruzna moka, whole grain, white

100 g Flour, Wheat, bread flour

4 pieces Apples, rose

125 ml Milk, skimmed

Steps

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Insert paper liners into the muffin tin. Peel the apples, cut them into quarters, and remove the cores. Then finely chop the apples.

Prepare a large bowl and sift both types of flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon into it. Mix the ingredients slightly, then add the chopped apples and sugar. In another bowl, pour the milk and add the egg and melted butter. Mix all the ingredients well with a whisk.

Pour the prepared liquid mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix until you get a coarse batter. Fill the muffin tin with the batter up to two-thirds. Place the tin in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, allowing the muffins to rise slightly and achieve a golden brown color.

Once the muffins are baked, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly. Then arrange them on a serving platter and serve.

Advice
In case we do not use paper liners for preparing the muffins, we must grease the muffin tin well. Muffins can also be baked in a regular baking dish by placing paper liners on it. In this case, we need to use double paper liners so that the muffins retain their shape.
