1 l Milk, whole milk
-
250 g Millet, raw
-
1 piece Vanilla, extract, imitation
-
pieces Raisins
-
pieces Walnuts

In a pot, bring the milk to a boil. Cook the millet porridge in the boiling milk until it softens. Mix in vanilla, raisins, walnuts, and cinnamon into the cooked porridge.

Layer the apple rings and millet porridge to form the cakes. Place an apple ring at the bottom, cover it with a layer of millet porridge, and then another apple ring. Repeat to create five layers, finishing with an apple ring on top. Bake the cakes in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes to allow the apples and millet porridge to caramelize.

Serve the cakes on plates and offer them with vanilla cream. Optionally, sprinkle the dessert with ground hazelnuts before serving.
