300 g Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose

1 pinch Salt, table

170 g Sugar, brown

200 g Butter, unsalted

700 g Apples, rose

50 g Sugar, brown

1 spoon Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose

1 teaspoon Spices, cinnamon, ground

Steps

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. In a large bowl, combine the flour, a pinch of salt, and sugar, and mix well. Add the cubed butter and crumble the ingredients with your hands until you get a grainy mixture.

Place the grated apples in a large bowl and sprinkle them with a tablespoon of flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Gently mix.

Grease a deep baking dish well with butter. Evenly spread the grated apples in the dish, then sprinkle the crumble mixture over the top. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake on the middle rack for 30 minutes, until the surface turns golden brown.

Serve the dessert while it is still warm. A scoop of vanilla ice cream pairs perfectly with it.
