Apple Crumble with Greek Yogurt
This dessert will delight you for several reasons. It is very quick to make, so you can start preparing it even when you have less than 30 minutes available. The combination of juicy apples and crispy crumble is simply excellent, and the dessert will fill your kitchen with an irresistible aroma while baking. The classic accompaniment to warm apple crumble is a scoop of vanilla ice cream, but this time we decided to use Greek yogurt, into which we quickly mixed coconut syrup. We probably dont need to emphasize that the dessert was absolutely divine.

Ingredients
Butter crumbs

100 g Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose

80 g Butter, unsalted

2 spoons Sugar, white

2 piece Apple, fresh

2 spoons Sugar, white

pieces Juice, lemon

pieces Spices, cinnamon, ground
Yogurt

170 g Yogurt, plain, from whole milk

2 spoons Syrup, maple

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius. Grease a small pie dish (22 to 24 cm in diameter) with butter.

Wash and peel the apples. Cut them into quarters and remove the cores and seeds. Cut the quarters into approximately 1.5 cm cubes, place them in a bowl, drizzle with lemon juice, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, and mix. Transfer the apples to the pie dish and spread them evenly across the bottom.

Sift the flour into a bowl. Add the diced butter and fat, and rub them into the flour with your fingertips, lifting the mixture to make it airy and crumbly. Mix in the sugar, then sprinkle the crumble mixture over the apples. Place the dish in the preheated oven for 45 minutes. The crumble is ready when the top is golden brown and crispy.

Just before serving, take the Greek yogurt out of the refrigerator and transfer it to a bowl. Add the coconut syrup and quickly mix with a spoon to create a nice marbled pattern.

Serve the warm crumble on plates. Place a dollop of Greek yogurt on top, and serve the dessert immediately.
