Ingredients
Filling
-
1.4 kg Apples, rose
-
75 g Butter, unsalted
-
50 g Powdered sugar
-
2 teaspoons Spices, cinnamon, ground
-
115 g Flour, Wheat, bread flour
-
2 pinch Salt, table
-
2 piece Egg, fresh
-
175 ml Milk, skimmed
-
120 ml Water
-
25 g Butter, unsalted
-
2 spoons Oil, plant, sunflower
Steps
-
In a small pot, melt the butter over moderate heat. Once the butter has melted, remove the pot from the heat. Prepare a larger bowl in which you mix the flour and salt. Make a well in the center, crack the eggs into it, and slowly mix them into the flour. Then, while continuously stirring, gradually pour in the mixture of milk and water, and mix until you get a smooth batter without lumps. Finally, mix in the melted butter. Let the prepared pancake batter rest.
-
Thoroughly wash the apples, cut them into quarters, and remove the cores. Then slice them into thin pieces. Place a pan on the stove and melt the butter in it. Once the butter starts to foam, add the apple slices to the pan and sprinkle them with powdered sugar and cinnamon. Stir the apples well several times while cooking. Simmer them until they soften and the sauce turns a golden brown color. Remove the pan from the heat and cover it to keep the apples warm.
-
Place a fresh pan on the stove and heat it well, then add about 1 teaspoon of oil and heat it. Pour a ladle of batter onto the hot oil and tilt the pan to spread the batter evenly. Cook the pancake on one side for two minutes, then flip it with a spatula and cook the other side. Repeat the process until all the batter is used. Stack the cooked pancakes on a large warm plate.
-
You can fill the pancakes with the prepared apples or fold them and top them with the apples. Serve the prepared dessert on plates, optionally sprinkle with additional powdered sugar and cinnamon, and enjoy.
