Ingredients
Dough

250 g Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose

3 spoons Oil, vegetable oil, canola

150 ml Water

1 pinch Salt, table

1 piece Egg, fresh

100 g Raisins

70 g Butter, unsalted

2 spoons Breadcrumbs, dried

50 g Sugar, white

pieces Spices, cinnamon, ground

1 piece Lemon, fresh, without shell
Steps

Mix flour, water, oil, egg, and salt into a pliable dough, shape it into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap, and let it rest. Soak the raisins.

Peel the apples and cut them into quarters, removing the stems and cores. Slice the apples thinly and sauté them in 50 g of butter until soft. Add the soaked and drained raisins, sugar, lemon zest, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Cook everything together for 1 to 2 minutes while stirring, then remove from heat and let it cool.

Melt 20 g of butter in a pan and toast the breadcrumbs in it.

Roll out the dough thinly and spread the cooled apples over it. Sprinkle with the toasted breadcrumbs and carefully roll it up. Transfer the roll to a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. Before baking, brush the top with egg yolk.
