1 kg Apples, rose

130 g Sugar, white

2 teaspoons Spices, cinnamon, ground

180 g Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose

120 g Coconut, flakes

1 bag Sugar, white

150 g Butter, unsalted

400 g Sour cream

2 piece Egg, fresh
Steps

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius. Line a baking dish, 30 x 20 centimeters in size, with baking paper.

Peel the apples and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Place them in a bowl with 30 grams of sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes until softened. Remove from heat.

Melt the butter and mix it with flour, coconut flour, 100 grams of sugar, and vanilla sugar.

Spread the mixture into the baking dish, distribute it evenly, and press it down onto the base. Bake for 20 minutes until lightly browned.

In a bowl, mix the sour cream and eggs, and in a small container, mix a teaspoon of cinnamon and a teaspoon of sugar.

Remove the baking dish from the oven, spread the apples over the base, and pour the sour cream and egg mixture over the top. Sprinkle with the cinnamon and sugar mixture. Bake the pastry in the preheated oven for another 20 minutes.

Serve the prepared pastry slightly warm or let it cool before serving.
