Ingredients
-
800 g Apples, rose
-
2 dl Juice, apple
-
1 piece Lemon, fresh, without shell
-
1 pod Vanilla, extract, natural
-
1 teaspoon Spices, cloves, ground
-
4 spoon Sugar, white
-
1 piece Breadcrumbs, dried
-
500 g Cheese, ricotta
-
0.5 dl Alcohol, Liqueur, Crème de Menthe
-
2 spoons Powdered sugar
-
3 spoons Cocoa, powdered, sweetened
Steps
-
Wash the lemon well and cut it in half. Squeeze the juice from both halves and pour it into a cup. Do not discard the lemon peel, but add it to the cup with the juice. Also add the vanilla pod, cloves, sugar, and apple juice to the cup.
-
Wash the apples well, peel them, remove the cores, and grate them into the cup. Then place the cup on the stove and cook everything together for 15 minutes. At the end, remove the vanilla pod and lemon peel.
-
Spread some of the juice from the cup on the bottom of the baking dish. Line the bottom of the dish with ladyfingers. Use a small sieve to scoop the grated apples from the cup and transfer them to a clean bowl. Pour the juice from the cup over the ladyfingers, but not too much, so they don’t get soggy.
-
Mix the mascarpone with egg liqueur and powdered sugar using a whisk. Spread the mixture evenly over the soaked ladyfingers. Gently place the grated apples on top of the mascarpone, then sprinkle the surface with powdered chocolate and refrigerate to allow the tiramisu to set and firm up.
-
Cut the chilled tiramisu into pieces, serve on plates, and enjoy.

Advice
You can add powdered cinnamon to the cup or sprinkle cinnamon along with powdered chocolate on top of the tiramisu. You can soak the ladyfingers in juice before placing them in the baking dish. Be very careful with this step and do not "dunk" the ladyfingers in the liquid, but quickly dip them on both sides. It is best to use organic lemons, whose peel is not treated with pesticides. If organic lemons are not available, soak the lemon in hot water for a few minutes and wipe it well to remove the wax, which contains toxins.
