Ingredients
-
1 kg Apple, fresh
-
125 g Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose
-
1 piece Egg, fresh
-
2.5 dl Milk, partially skimmed
-
5 g Sugar, white
-
0.25 teaspoons Spices, cinnamon, ground
-
1 pinch Salt, table
-
1 spoon Powdered sugar
-
kg Oil, plant, sunflower
Steps
-
Beat the egg well with a whisk, then add milk, salt, cinnamon, and sugar. Sift the flour into a larger bowl and pour the milk and egg mixture over it. Mix well with a whisk. Let the batter rest for half an hour.
-
Wash the apples and cut them into 1-2 cm thick rings. Place the rings on a board and use a narrow, sharp knife to remove the cores.
-
Heat the oil for frying in a pan. Stir the batter, dip the apple rings into it, and fry them on both sides until golden brown. Place the fried rings on a plate lined with a paper towel to absorb excess fat. Arrange the Apples in a Coat on plates and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Advice
An easier version of the recipe is to grate peeled apples thickly, mix them into the batter, and bake thicker pancakes. Instead of apples, you can use other fruits, such as bananas. Cut each banana into four pieces (first halve lengthwise and then each piece widthwise), dip in the batter, and fry. Fry in a large amount of fat. The food should float in it. For frying, use fats that do not contain water, such as coconut fat or good oil. The frying fat is hot enough when small bubbles form around a wooden spoon handle.
