Arugula Salad with Pear and Fresh Figs
Quickly prepared and exceptionally tasty salad made with arugula and fresh fruit, to which we added some chopped hazelnuts for crunch, and for the finishing touch, some pieces of goat cheese and a bit of honey balsamic dressing. Heavenly delicious!

Ingredients

80 g Arugula

2 piece Pear, fresh

6 pieces Figs, fresh

50 g Nuts, hazelnuts

150 g Cheese, goat, soft

1 spoon Honey

2 spoons Vinegar, balsamic

2.5 spoons Oil, olive

1 teaspoon Mustard
Steps

Clean the arugula, wash it, and dry it well. Wash the pear and cut it into quarters. Remove the stems and cores, then cut the quarters into smaller pieces. Roughly chop the hazelnuts, and slice the figs.

Prepare the plates on which you will serve the salad. Arrange the arugula, pear pieces, and fig slices nicely on the plates. Sprinkle the salad with chopped hazelnuts, and finally add some pieces of soft goat cheese.

In a small bowl, prepare the dressing with honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and mustard. Drizzle the salad with the dressing just before serving. Serve with bread, crackers, or focaccia.

Advice
Instead of hazelnuts, you can use walnuts, and instead of arugula, you can use watercress.
