450 g Corn, yellow, in brine

Steps

Wash the chicken, pat it dry, and cut it into pieces. Drain the baby corn. Wash the chili, cut it in half, remove the seeds, and chop it finely. Wash the onion, pat it dry, and chop it. In a bowl, mix the flour, chili powder, fresh chili, onion, ginger, and salt, and mix well. Coat the chicken and baby corn in the mixture.

Skewer the baby corn and chicken onto wooden skewers. Heat oil in a wok and gradually sear the chicken and baby corn on all sides, a few minutes on each side. Place the cooked pieces on a plate lined with paper towels.
