Ingredients
-
250 g Asparagus, fresh
-
150 g Meat, pork, smoked bacon
-
1 spoon Oil, olive
-
180 ml Sour cream
-
2 spoons Yogurt, plain, from whole milk
-
1 pinch Salt, table
-
1 pinch Spices, pepper, black
-
2 pinch Spices, onion powder
-
2 piece Bell pepper, red, fresh
-
4 twig Parsley, fresh
Steps
-
First, thoroughly wash and dry the asparagus. Cut or break off the woody lower part and discard it. Wrap one or two slices of bacon around each asparagus spear, ensuring it is completely covered.
-
Place a large pan on the stove and heat it well. Add oil, heat it, and then place the asparagus in the hot oil. Cook them over moderate heat for 7 minutes, turning them several times to ensure they are evenly browned on all sides.
-
While the asparagus is cooking, prepare the sauce. In a bowl, combine sour cream and yogurt. Mix well to create a smooth, liquid mixture. Season with salt, pepper, and a bit of onion powder. Mix and set aside for later. Clean the bell pepper of any seeds and cut it into thin strips.
-
Arrange the cooked asparagus on plates, drizzle with the prepared cream sauce, and garnish with the bell pepper strips. Wash the parsley, shake it dry, finely chop it, and sprinkle it over the asparagus. Serve the prepared appetizer.
