Asparagus with Parmesan

1 bouquet Parsley, fresh

0.5 dl Alcohol, Wine, White

Steps

Wash the asparagus and dry them thoroughly. Cut off the woody ends, and finely chop the garlic, basil, and thyme.

Prepare a bowl for the marinade. In the bowl, combine oil, wine, vinegar, garlic, basil, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix with your fingers. Soak the asparagus in the marinade and let them rest for 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.

Grate the Parmesan and sprinkle it on a large plate. Roll the asparagus in the Parmesan and arrange them in a single layer on a baking dish. Pour the remaining marinade over the asparagus. Bake them for 20 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius (they should sizzle).

Slice the lemon into wedges and chop the parsley. When serving the asparagus, sprinkle them with parsley and offer the lemon wedges on the side.
