Ingredients
-
100 g Apple, fresh
-
100 g Pear, fresh
-
100 g Plum
-
80 g Walnuts
-
60 g Raisins
-
60 g Sugar, white
-
0.5 teaspoons Spices, cinnamon, ground
-
3 spoons Alcohol, Rum
-
300 g Dough, puff
-
30 g Butter, unsalted
-
40 g Breadcrumbs, dried
Steps
-
Coarsely chop the walnut kernels. Wash and clean the fruit thoroughly. Remove the pits and seeds, then slice the fruit into thin pieces. Place the sliced fruit together with the walnuts and raisins in a large bowl. Sprinkle everything with sugar and cinnamon, then pour rum over it. Mix well.
-
If you have prepared the dough yourself, roll it out thinly on a damp kitchen towel. Trim the edges. Melt the butter and brush it over the dough. First, sprinkle breadcrumbs over the dough, then spread the fruit filling evenly over the lower end of the dough. Using the kitchen towel, carefully and slowly roll it up tightly. Start rolling from the buttered side of the dough.
-
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and carefully place the roll on it. Slide the tray into the preheated oven and bake the roll for 45 to 50 minutes.
-
Remove the baked roll from the oven, cut it into pieces of your desired size, and serve while still warm. If desired, you can dust it with powdered sugar.
