Ingredients

2 piece Avocado, fresh

1 piece Melon

6 spoon Cheese, Parmesan, grated

2 handfuls Arugula

100 g Tomato, red

4 pinch Salt, table

4 pinch Spices, pepper, black

1 piece Lemon, fresh, without shell
Steps

Rinse the avocado under running water, dry it, and peel it. Then carefully cut it in half and remove the pit. Slice all halves into several equally sized cubes. Cut the melon in half. Remove the seeds and pulp from the center using a spoon. Peel the melon and cut it into cubes. Rinse the tomatoes and cut each into 4 cubes.

Clean the arugula, rinse it under running water, and dry it. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice from both halves. Place a small pile of arugula in the center of the plates, then arrange the melon and avocado cubes alternately around it. Sprinkle the tomatoes on top and season everything lightly with salt and pepper. Finally, drizzle with a few drops of lemon juice and sprinkle with Parmesan.
