Steps

Carefully place the eggs in a small pot and cover them with cold water. Place the pot on the stove and wait for the water to boil, then remove the pot from the heat. Leave the eggs in the water for another 5 minutes, then drain them, cool under cold water, peel, and cut in half. Wash the dill and shake off excess water. Finely chop half of the bunch.

Prepare the avocado spread. Cut the avocado in half lengthwise and remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Mash the avocado flesh with a fork or hand mixer and mix it with oil, lemon juice, dill, pepper, and salt until smooth and creamy.

Transfer the cream cheese to a bowl and mix it well. Spread the avocado cream into glasses, top it with cream cheese, and arrange the egg halves on top. Add a teaspoon of caviar to each glass, then garnish with a sprig of dill. Serve the prepared appetizer.
