Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit with a knife or spoon. Then scoop the avocado flesh out of the skin and place it in a bowl. Add raw cocoa and maple syrup, and blend everything together with a hand mixer until smooth. Serve the prepared cream in glasses, cups, or bowls.
