Thoroughly wash the lemon and lime, and grate the lemon zest. Then cut the lemon and lime in half and squeeze the juice. Wash the avocado, cut it in half, and remove the pit. Use a spoon to remove the flesh from the skin and cut it into smaller pieces, which you immediately drizzle with a little lemon juice. Peel the cucumber, cut it in half, and remove the seeds with a spoon. Cut the cucumber into smaller pieces.

Place the avocado and cucumber pieces in a larger bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and dress with olive oil. Wash the peeled shrimp and pat them dry. Peel the garlic and finely chop it. Wash the chili and cut it into smaller pieces (remove the seeds if desired).

Place a pan on the stove and heat the oil. Add the garlic, chili, and shrimp to the oil and sauté them over moderate heat for about 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the shrimp to the salad, along with the lime juice, and season with additional salt and pepper if desired. Mix the salad well, serve it in bowls, sprinkle with lemon zest, and serve to your guests.
