Ingredients

Steps

Cut the avocado in half lengthwise and remove the pit. Use a spoon to scoop out the flesh from the skin and cut it into smaller pieces. Mash the avocado flesh with a fork on a cutting board or flat plate.

Wash the tomatoes and cut them into smaller pieces, and wash and roughly chop the parsley.

In a bowl or container, add the mashed avocado, parsley, and tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and mix well. Optionally, add a few drops of olive oil.

Serve the avocado spread with crackers; it also pairs excellently with smoked salmon.
