Steps

Thoroughly wash the avocado, cut it lengthwise, and remove the pit. Wash the parsley, dry it, and finely chop it. Peel the garlic and finely chop it. Thoroughly wash the orange, grate the zest, and squeeze the juice. Combine the crushed hazelnuts with the other ingredients (garlic, parsley, orange zest, and juice) in a blender and add balsamic vinegar. Mix the sauce well to achieve a creamy consistency.

Fill the pitted avocados with the hazelnut sauce and top with a slice of prosciutto. Serve on plates and enjoy.
