Advice
The snack can be seasoned with salt and pepper to taste. The avocado is ripe when the skin slightly yields to the pressure of your fingers. The skin should not be damaged, wrinkled, or have brown spots. It is best to use organic lemons, whose skin is not treated with pesticides. If organic lemons are not available, immerse the lemon in boiling water for a few minutes and wipe it well to remove the wax, which contains toxins.
