Ingredients
-
5 pieces Salad, soft
-
1 piece Tomato, red
-
4 pieces Tortilla, wheat
-
8 slice Meat, pork, smoked ham
Steps
-
Wash and dry the lettuce leaves and tomatoes. Cut the lettuce into strips, the bacon into smaller pieces, and the tomatoes into slices. Place all the ingredients, except the bacon, into a bowl and mix gently with your hands.
-
Place a pan on the stove and heat it up. Sprinkle a little water on the heated pan, then place the tortilla in it. When the tortilla starts to puff up, flip it and wait for it to heat up on the other side. Transfer the tortilla to a plate and heat the remaining tortillas in the pan.
-
Once all the tortillas are heated, pour a little oil into the pan and fry the bacon until crispy. Transfer the fried bacon to the bowl with the other ingredients. Gently mix the ingredients.
-
Place the ingredients on the top half of each tortilla, making sure to leave a 2.5 cm empty margin at the top and on the right side. Fold the right side of the tortilla inward, then fold the top part of the dough over the ingredients. Use the bottom, longer part of the dough to wrap the entire roll, creating a neat wrap. Serve the prepared wraps immediately with various sauces.
