Ingredients
-
500 g Meat, chicken, breasts
-
4 spoon Mustard
-
pieces Salt, table
-
8 slice Meat, pork, smoked bacon
Steps
-
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius. Cut the chicken breasts in half, then coat them with mustard and season with pepper and salt. Use slightly less salt than usual, as we will wrap them in bacon.
-
Take two slices of bacon for each piece of chicken and place them on a board so that they partially overlap. Wrap the seasoned chicken breasts in the bacon and secure the ends with toothpicks.
-
Place the bacon-wrapped pieces on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, until the bacon is nicely crispy.
-
Serve the baked chicken breasts with a seasonal salad, drizzled with pumpkin seed oil and balsamic vinegar, and seasoned with crushed garlic.
