750 g Bread, whole grain

250 g Fish, salmon, smoked

100 g Caviar, red and black

2 piece Avocado, fresh

4 spoon Oil, olive

3 spoons Juice, lemon

Slice the bagels diagonally into 3 cm thick pieces. Heat a pan with butter and wait until the butter melts and heats up. Place the bagel slices in the pan and toast them until golden brown on both sides. Transfer them to a plate and keep warm. Cut the salmon into as many pieces as there are bagel slices.

Prepare the avocado spread: Cut the avocado in half lengthwise and remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Mash the avocado flesh with a fork or immersion blender and mix it with oil, lemon juice, dill, coriander, pepper, and salt until smooth and creamy.

Spread the toasted bagels with the avocado spread, top with smoked salmon and caviar, and serve.
