Bajadere
We all know them, we all love them. Homemade bajadere are an excellent dessert or an original gift with which we can surprise relatives, friends, or acquaintances during the holidays.

Ingredients

300 g chocolate, dark

300 g Cooking chocolate, unsweetened

400 g Nuts, hazelnuts, roasted without oil, without salt

400 g Powdered sugar

70 g Unsalted almond butter
Steps

Line a baking dish with food wrap. Place the hazelnuts in an electric chopper and chop them until the fat is released and a thick hazelnut paste is formed. Mix powdered sugar into the hazelnut paste.

Melt the white and dark chocolate separately in a microwave or over a double boiler.

Mix half of the hazelnut paste into the melted dark chocolate. Pour half of the chocolate-hazelnut mixture into the baking dish and place it in the refrigerator for a while to set.

Mix the other half of the hazelnut paste and melted cocoa butter into the melted white chocolate. Mix well to create a nice light brown mixture, which is poured over the layer of set chocolate-hazelnut mixture. Place the baking dish back in the refrigerator to set the light brown mixture.

Finally, add the last layer of dark chocolate-hazelnut mixture. Place the mold in the refrigerator one last time to set the final layer.

Once all three layers are set, remove the baking dish from the refrigerator and take the bajadere out of the dish. Remove the food wrap and cut them into pieces of desired size with a sharp knife.

Advice
When cutting the bajadere, wipe the knife well each time so that no traces of the dark chocolate mixture remain on the light layer.
