Baked Anchovies with Potatoes

1 kg Fish, anchovies, fresh

1 teaspoon Salt, table

1 pinch Spices, pepper, black

5 spoon Oil, olive

12 pieces Potatoes, white

1 spoon Thyme, raw

0.5 teaspoons Spices, paprika
Steps

Peel and wash the potatoes, then cut them into smaller pieces. Place them in a pot, add water, and salt. Cook for 20 minutes.

Clean the fish, rinse them under running water, and pat them dry. Heat a large pan and add olive oil. Fry the fish on both sides until golden brown. Remove from the pan, season with salt and pepper.

Wash the parsley, shake off excess water, and chop it finely. Arrange the fish and potatoes on a large serving plate, sprinkle with parsley and ground red paprika. Serve warm.
