Baked Apples with Cottage Cheese and Raisins

0.5 teaspoons Spices, cinnamon, ground

Steps

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Wash the apples and dry them thoroughly with paper towels. Cut them in half and use a spoon to remove the cores, creating a small cavity for the filling. Place the apple halves in a small baking dish and put them in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.

In a bowl, add the cottage cheese and mash it with a fork. Mix in the beaten egg, ground cinnamon, and vanilla sugar. Finally, stir in the soaked raisins.

Remove the baking dish with the apples from the oven and fill the halves with the prepared filling. Pour a little water into the baking dish, then return it to the oven for about 20 minutes.

The baked stuffed apples are delicious both warm and cold. Before serving, drizzle them with honey or dust with powdered sugar if desired.

Advice
