Baked Apples with Walnut and Almond Filling

4 pieces Apple, fresh

4 teaspoon Butter, unsalted

2 spoons Marmalade, orange

1 spoon Honey

0.5 teaspoons Spices, cinnamon, ground

3 spoons Walnuts

2 spoons Nuts, almonds

1.2 dl Sweet cream
Steps

Thoroughly wash the apples and scoop out the core with a spoon (be careful not to pierce the apples). In a bowl, mix the marmalade, honey, cinnamon, walnuts, and almonds. Combine the ingredients well and fill the hollowed-out apples with the mixture.

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a baking dish with butter and place the filled apples in it. Bake for about 20 minutes. If needed, add a little hot water to the dish during baking.

Whip the sweet cream with an electric mixer and use it to decorate the top of the apples. Finally, sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon and serve while still warm.
