Ingredients
-
4 pieces Apples, rose
-
1 handful Raisins
-
1 dl Alcohol, Rum
-
1 handful Walnuts
-
2 pinch Spices, cinnamon, ground
-
60 g Nuts, almonds
-
1 spoon Butter, salted
-
1.5 spoons Powdered sugar
Steps
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Thoroughly wash the apples and cut off the tops. Use a round corer (you can use a spoon to help) to remove the core. Grease a deep baking dish well and place the apples in it. Put everything in the oven for 20 minutes. If needed, add a little warm water to the baking dish.
-
Meanwhile, place the walnut kernels in a food processor and grind them, saving some kernels for decoration. Cut the marzipan into very small pieces. Sort and wash the raisins. Soak them in rum for 10 minutes. Then thoroughly drain them and mix with the marzipan, cinnamon, and ground walnuts. Fill the baked apples with the prepared mixture and decorate with whole walnut kernels. Dust them with powdered sugar and serve.

If desired, you can decorate the skin with a decorative peeler before baking. Baked apples can be served with whipped cream.
