Baked Apricots with Honey

Ingredients

20 pieces Apricot, raw

30 g Butter, unsalted

2 spoons Alcohol, Liqueur, Crème de Menthe

4 teaspoon Honey
Steps

Wash the apricots, dry them, and cut them in half. Remove the pits.

Place a grill pan on the stove and melt the butter in it. Once the butter has melted, arrange the apricot halves in the pan with the cut side facing down. Cook the apricots over moderate heat until they soften (about 5 minutes) and lightly brown on the bottom.

Remove the baked apricots from the pan and serve them on plates with the roasted side facing up. Drizzle the apricots with honey.

Pour a little apricot liqueur into the pan. Stir the contents well with a spatula and cook until the liquid thickens slightly.

Pour the liquid from the pan over the apricots and serve with whipped cream or homemade ice cream.
