Baked Bananas with Honey and Walnuts

4 pieces Banana, fresh

2 spoons Honey

0.25 teaspoons Spices, cinnamon, ground

1 handful Walnuts

Peel the bananas and cut them in half lengthwise.

Melt the butter in a large pan. Place the banana halves on the heated fat (with the cut side facing down initially). Let the bananas caramelize on the bottom side (about 2 minutes), then carefully flip them and caramelize the other side. Drizzle the bananas with one tablespoon of honey and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Serve the baked bananas on plates, garnish with walnuts, and pour over the sauce that formed in the pan. Drizzle the prepared dessert with the remaining honey and serve immediately.
