Baked Bread Rolls with Cheese and Tuna Spread

Ingredients

160 g Fish, tuna, in oil

4 pieces Cucumbers, sour

2 spoons Mayonnaise

2 spoons Corn, yellow, in brine

1 piece Shallot

pieces Spices, pepper, black

50 g Cheese, mozzarella

4 slice Bread, wheat

1 spoon Butter, unsalted

4 slice Cheese, edamame
Steps

Finely chop the pickles and shallot.

Drain the tuna from the can and place it in a bowl. Mix it with the chopped pickles, shallot, mayonnaise, and grated mozzarella. Add corn if desired. Season the mixture to taste, and if needed, add another tablespoon of mayonnaise or sour cream.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Line a low baking dish with parchment paper.

Thinly spread butter on one side of the bread slices and place them on the baking dish with the buttered side down. Top them with the tuna spread, spreading it all the way to the edges. Place a slice of cheese on top of each bread slice.

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, until the cheese is fully melted and the bread slices are golden brown.

Once the bread rolls are ready, serve them immediately on plates while still warm.
