Baked Buckwheat with Chicken

200 g Buckwheat flakes

2 piece Onion, raw

1 pod Garlic, fresh

500 g Meat, chicken, thighs

250 g Sour cream

Steps

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Chop the onion and garlic, and cut the chicken thighs into smaller pieces.

In a baking dish, 25 x 35 centimeters in size, place the buckwheat, which you have previously rinsed under running water. Spread the onion over it, followed by the garlic. Continue with the pieces of chicken thighs, over which you spread the sour cream. Season with salt and pepper.

Pour water or broth over it, sprinkle grated cheese on top, and place the dish in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
