Baked Camembert with Honey and Rosemary

250 g Cheese, Camembert

1 spoon Oil, olive

1 piece Rosemary, fresh

0.5 handful Walnuts

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Strip the rosemary needles from the sprig. Roughly chop the nuts. Unwrap the Camembert and lightly score the top rind with a knife to create small squares.

Place the Camembert in a small (round) ceramic baking dish. Season it with salt and freshly ground pepper, sprinkle with rosemary, and drizzle with a little olive oil. Bake the Camembert in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

Before serving, drizzle the baked Camembert with a little honey and sprinkle with nuts. Serve with crackers or toasted slices of bread.
