Baked Chicken Breast with Salad

Ingredients

600 g Meat, chicken, breasts

400 g Salad, ice

4 pieces Tomato, red

2 piece Carrot, fresh

2 spoons Sour cream

1 piece Lemon, fresh, without shell

1 pinch Salt, table

1 dl Alcohol, Wine, White

1 spoon Thyme, raw

5 spoon Oil, olive
Steps

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Wash the chicken breasts and dry them with a paper towel. In a small bowl, squeeze the lemon, add salt, and 1dl of white wine. Brush the chicken with the marinade, then add olive oil to the baking dish and place the chicken breasts in it. Pour the remaining marinade over the chicken.

Bake the chicken breasts for 40 minutes, checking and turning them a few times during baking to ensure they cook evenly. While baking, baste them several times with the juices that accumulate in the baking dish.

Wash the lettuce and tomato. Cut the tomato into wedges, and tear the lettuce into smaller leaves. Arrange both on a large platter. Once the chicken is baked, remove it from the oven. Cut half of it into slices and arrange it nicely over the lettuce on the plate.

Wash the carrot and parsley, then slice the carrot thinly and add it to the chicken. Chop the parsley and sprinkle it over the chicken. Add two tablespoons of sour cream and serve warm.
