Baked Chicken Croquettes
To make the bland chicken meat juicier, pieces of chicken breast are marinated in red wine for a few hours. Then they are coated in breadcrumbs and baked in the oven. Optionally, you can mix herbs, grated Parmesan, ground mustard seeds, paprika powder, etc., into the breadcrumbs.
