Ingredients
-
1 piece Avocado, fresh
-
2 piece Egg, fresh
-
pieces Salt, table
-
1 piece Chili peppers, red chili, fresh
-
pieces Onion, raw
Steps
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Cut the avocado in half and carefully remove the pit and a little of the flesh with a spoon - just enough so that the cavity fits the egg nicely. Place the avocado halves on a baking dish (cut side up) and carefully crack an egg into each cavity. Lightly salt them, and pepper if desired. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
-
While the avocado and eggs are baking, prepare the other ingredients. Wash the chili, cut it lengthwise, and remove the seeds. Chop it into small pieces. Wash the green part of the green onion and slice it into rings.
-
Serve the baked avocado halves on plates. Sprinkle them with chili and green onion, and serve immediately.
