Ingredients
-
60 g Butter, unsalted
-
200 g Mushrooms, mushrooms, fresh
-
8 pieces Egg, fresh
-
100 g Cheese, edamame
-
pieces Salt, table
Steps
-
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius. Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth (if necessary, quickly rinse them under running water) and slice them.
-
Melt butter in a pan and quickly sauté the mushrooms, lightly seasoning them with salt and pepper.
-
In the baking dish, first add a layer of sautéed mushrooms and spread them evenly over the entire surface. Carefully crack the eggs over the mushrooms and lightly season them with salt and pepper. Sprinkle grated cheese over the eggs, then place the dish in the preheated oven. If you want the yolk to remain runny in the center, remove the dish from the oven after 12 minutes of baking; otherwise, bake for a few more minutes or until the eggs are cooked to your liking.
-
Serve the baked eggs on plates. Accompany the dish with toast or bread, and a bowl of salad on the side.
