Ingredients
-
8 pieces Figs, fresh
-
100 g Cheese, Roquefort
-
8 slice Meat, pork, smoked ham
-
1 spoon Oil, olive
-
1.5 spoons Vinegar, balsamic
Steps
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Quickly rinse the figs under running water and dry them well with paper towels. If necessary, trim the stems. With a sharp knife, make two cuts in each fig to create quarters that are still attached at the bottom. Be careful not to make the cuts too deep!
-
Cut the Roquefort cheese into smaller pieces. Gently open the cut fig with your fingers and place a piece of cheese in the center. Wrap the stuffed fig with a slice of prosciutto and place it on the baking tray. Repeat the process with the remaining figs.
-
Drizzle the figs with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then place the baking tray in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes.
-
Once the prosciutto is crispy and the cheese has melted, remove the baking tray from the oven. Serve the figs on plates and enjoy.
