Baked Figs with Wine
Even if youre not very skilled in cooking, you can surprise your loved one with an excellent dessert. You only need some time, a good recipe, fresh figs, and good wine.

12 pieces Figs, fresh

375 ml Alcohol, Wine, White

6 grain Spices, pepper, black

2.5 spoons Honey

1 l Ice cream, vanilla

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Cut the stems off the figs and slice them in half lengthwise. Place the fig halves in a small deep baking dish, with the cut side facing down. Pour the wine into the dish and add peppercorns. Drizzle the figs with honey and place the dish in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.

Remove the baking dish from the oven. Take the fig halves out of the dish and arrange them on a plate. Pour the liquid from the dish into a small saucepan. Place the saucepan on the stove and cook over moderate heat until the liquid reduces and becomes syrupy.

Arrange the fig halves on plates. Add a scoop of ice cream next to them. Drizzle the dessert with the syrup and serve.
