Baked Glazed Ham with Cloves

Ingredients

4 kg Meat, pork, smoked ham

3 spoons Honey

1 spoon Vinegar, apple

2 pinch Spices, paprika

0.5 handful Spices, cloves, ground

Lightly score the top of the ham with a knife to create larger squares. Insert cloves into the corners of the squares. Place the ham in a baking dish and cover it. In a bowl, mix together honey, vinegar, and paprika.

Preheat the oven to 160 °C. Place the baking dish with the ham in the preheated oven and bake for 90 minutes. Then remove the dish from the oven and brush the ham with the honey mixture. Return the dish to the oven for another 40 minutes. When the ham is juicy and baked, remove it from the oven, cover it with aluminum foil, and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Before serving, slice the ham into thin slices.
